Veratina, a new Italian restaurant with a Southern twist, is opening near Forsyth Park on Wednesday, December 11th. For now, they’ll be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday, serving homemade pastas, pizzas, and Southern-inspired dishes. The husband-and-wife duo, Alicia Farrell and James Ciminillo, bring a mix of classic Italian flavors with Southern flair to the heart of Savannah. Dinner service will be coming soon, but for now, stop by to enjoy lunch in a cozy, inviting space with views of the open kitchen.
